
200 Degrees - "Our latest Guest Coffee once again comes all the way from Colombia, this time from Aponte, Nariño. Colombia is an origin we and many other roasters find ourselves coming back to constantly due to the incredible quality produced there. The farm has had great success with the honey process due to the low volume of coffee they produce via this method, the weather conditions are also perfect with relative humidity and temperature being very low throughout the whole year. This allows the coffee to dry slowly, resulting in a complex and delicate cup profile."
