Cartwheel Coffee Roasters - "This coffee is grown at 1,650 meters above sea level by smallholder farmers in the Mathira area of Nyeri, a region traditionally inhabited by the Kikuyu people in the Aberdare Mountains. Karogoto Factory, located near the town of Karatina, has approximately 1,250 members, nearly 300 of whom are women. On average, each farmer cultivates around 250 coffee trees alongside crops such as maize and bananas."
