Cartwheel Coffee Roasters - "Chelazos refers to the people who live in Chalatenango, a northern district of El Salvador bordering Honduras. Around 25 producers contribute to the Los Chelazos lot, many of whom have worked with Caravela for over a decade. Their farms; located at elevations between 1,200 and 1,800 masl, share similar agro-climatic conditions that favor traditional coffee varieties and contribute to excellent cup quality."
