Migoti Hill

OLD SPIKE ROASTERY - "Migoti Coffee was founded in 2015 by engineers Pontien Ntunzwenimana and Dan Brose. Their goal was to connect local farmers with international buyers through quality processing and transparent supply chains. They run two washing stations, Migoti Mountain and Kinama, which process cherry from over 1,200 smallholder farmers. More than 250 seasonal workers, most of them women, sort, dry and check every lot through the harvest. Outside the harvest, Migoti supports farmers with training, tools and seedlings, and has planted over 350,000 trees so far."
