The Coffee Factory - "Historically, Mexican coffee has been viewed as an inexpensive, low grade blending coffee. This washed lot comes from our green coffee sourcing partner who aim to change this by sourcing only the best quality cherries from the renowned grow- ing regions of Veracruz, Oaxaca and Chiapas. The contributing smallholder farms tend to be between 1-5 hectares; where the indigenous communities strongly influence traditional growing practices, steering away from mechanical processes and chemical fertilisers."
