The Welsh Coffee Co - "Darker roasts really split opinion, and we tend to favour a light medium roast profile for all of our coffees, however, love them or hate them we do allow our Dragons to roast this coffee a little longer than any of our other coffees, producing a darker intense smokey flavoured coffee with a kick. So it’s not super dark, but is a more developed roast. Available in whole bean or ground for espresso or cafetiere."
