Three Fools Coffee - "This coffee has notes of caramel, raisin and black tea. Region - Yunnan Farm - Mr Li Variety - Catimor Process - Washed Altitude - 1300m Roast  - Light/ Medium Dongka is a family run farm and washing station with over 20 years experience in mostly commercial coffee production. It now produces some of the most consistent specialty-grade washed coffees in the Menglian region. In 2019, our origin partners, Yunnan Coffee Traders (YCT) helped to make modifications to the washing station with the aim of producing larger volumes of the higher-scoring coffees."
